What to look for

A session list is only useful if you know what a compromise looks like in it. Two signals matter more than the rest:

If something is wrong, terminate it and then change your cloud password. Terminating alone ends the session but does not stop whoever it was from signing in again with whatever they used the first time.

Inactive sessions end on their own

A session with no activity for six months is terminated automatically. This is not a substitute for reviewing the list — six months is a long time — but it does mean a forgotten sign-in on a device you no longer own does not stay open forever.
